ENFRA Taps Planted Solar for Space-Constrained Illinois Deployment

OAKLAND, Calif. -- Planted Solar today announced it has partnered with ENFRA to deliver an 860 kW solar project in southern Illinois. The project is part of a broader Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) contract led by ENFRA, a national leader in integrated energy infrastructure solutions for healthcare, education, data centers, and other critical facilities. The project completed permitting and mechanical installation in August 2025.

Designed to maximize generation in constrained spaces, the project leverages Planted’s high-density, terrain-following arrays and automated installation system to maximize energy production with minimal footprint. The result: faster deployment, lower costs, and greater impact in a space-constrained environment.
